It seems as though about 80% of the traffic that’s driven to the Peephole comes by way of searches for Nerf guns. I suppose that’s because I have two posts that mention the use of Nerf guns at work. Fair enough.
But some of the searches that land people hear just make me laugh.
Among some of my favorites:
- “dance with me baby like its 1923″ - This searcher almost HAD to be trying to find out more about Derek James’ Smoky Light. Good search.
- “gay peephole” - I’m not sure I want to know, but I’ve actually had two people get here with that search. Something tells me they didn’t find what they were looking for.
- “dreaming about peepholes” - Seriously?
- “republican idealogy” – Ahhh, there we go! That’s a good one!
- “don henley one of these nights” - Another good one. I’ve had several folks stop by after searching for this.
- “peephole naked women” - Again, I doubt they found what they were looking for.
- “bootleg the eagles” – And I hope they DID find what they were looking for.
I have to admit, when I first started this blog, I certainly didn’t think about the various ways people would find it. Now that I know, I’m not sure I wanted to!
